Grace is the executive director of multilingual services for Aldine Independent School District in Texas.  She has been in the education field for 30 years as a teacher and administrator.  Grace is an advocate for students in special populations and collaborates with multiple organizations to ensure that children receive appropriate services.

Altagracia Delgado, also known as Grace, has worked as a bilingual teacher, literacy coach, and school and central office administrator.  She is a board member of the Texas Association for Bilingual Education and an advisory board member for Assessment for Good from the Advanced Education Research and Development Fund.  Grace earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Puerto Rico and a master’s degree from Walden University.
