Raquel is the planning principal for Sageview High School in Pasco, Washington.  In addition, Raquel serves as the 2024-2025 National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP) Board President.

Raquel Martinez is in her second year as principal at Sageview High School and has worked in education for 18 years.  Previously, she served as the principal of Stevens Middle School for six years and the assistant principal for three years.  Raquel taught biology at Pasco High School for nearly 10 years.  During her final year at Pasco High School, she was the bilingual facilitator.
